These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and ms999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the ms999 website available at ms999.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager or otherwise accessing the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Services. ms999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time; continued use of the Services following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

In these Terms, the following expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

The Services are intended exclusively for individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the operator or applicable law in the jurisdiction from which you access the Services.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not accessing the Services from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful under applicable local, national or international law.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, agent or affiliate of ms999, nor an immediate family member of any such person, unless prior written consent has been obtained.
• You have not previously been excluded from ms999 or had an Account suspended or closed for cause.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all eligibility requirements listed above and that the information provided during registration is accurate, complete and current.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold only one Account. The registration of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

4.2 Accurate Information

You must provide truthful, accurate and complete information when registering your Account. You are responsible for updating your Account details promptly should any information change. ms999 accepts no liability for losses arising from failure to maintain accurate Account information.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. ms999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain credential security. You should notify ms999 immediately — via the Help Centre or Live Chat — if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

4.4 Account Ownership

Accounts may not be transferred, sold, gifted or assigned to any other person. Any such transfer renders the Account immediately subject to closure and any balance within it liable to forfeiture.

ms999 is committed to operating in accordance with responsible Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards. ms999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point — including, without limitation, prior to processing a withdrawal, following a significant change in Account activity, or in connection with a bonus dispute.

5.1 Required Documents

Verification may require the submission of one or more of the following:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (e.g., CNIC, passport or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address issued within the past three months (e.g., utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., bank statement or digital wallet screenshot)
• Source-of-funds documentation if account activity warrants such a request

5.2 Consequences of Non-Compliance

Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated time frame may result in restriction of Account access, suspension of pending withdrawal requests and, ultimately, closure of the Account. ms999 will handle submitted documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Deposits may be made using the payment methods available in the live cashier at the time of the transaction. Available methods are subject to change and may vary based on location, account status and operator policy. 6.1 Minimum Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. Illustrative minimum deposits shown in promotional materials (e.g., "from PKR 1,000") are indicative only; the live cashier displays the authoritative current figure.

6.2 Own-Funds Requirement

All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. ms999 reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources.

6.3 Currency

PKR (Pakistani Rupee) accounts are supported. Where currency conversion is necessary, the exchange rate applied will be displayed at the point of transaction. Exchange rate fluctuations may affect the PKR equivalent of transactions processed in other currencies.

6.4 Cryptocurrency

Where cryptocurrency deposits (e.g., BTC, USDT) are supported, the applicable network, minimum amount and processing confirmations required are displayed in the cashier. Cryptocurrency values are volatile; PKR-equivalent values at the time of deposit may differ from those at the time of withdrawal.

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of identity verification, satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements and compliance with these Terms. ms999 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times; processing periods depend on the selected payment method, operator review procedures and any additional verification requirements.

7.1 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to operator policy and payment provider limitations. In certain circumstances, alternative withdrawal methods may be offered at ms999's discretion.

7.2 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier. VIP or high-volume accounts may be subject to adjusted limits at ms999's discretion following review.

7.3 Right of Refusal

ms999 reserves the right to decline or delay a withdrawal request pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, AML concerns or unresolved KYC requirements.

All promotional offers made available by ms999 are subject to individual offer terms, which are published at the time of the offer and form part of these Terms when accepted. In the event of any conflict between individual offer terms and these Terms, the individual offer terms shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

8.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the total betting volume that must be achieved before bonus funds — or winnings derived from bonus funds — become withdrawable. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games and game contribution rates are stated in the individual offer terms.

8.2 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses and any winnings associated with bonus funds expire upon the earlier of: (i) the stated expiry date in the individual offer terms; or (ii) closure or suspension of the Account. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

ms999 employs monitoring to detect and prevent bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple welcome offers, systematic low-risk wagering designed to circumvent wagering requirements, and collusion between accounts. Where bonus abuse is identified, ms999 reserves the right to void bonuses, reverse associated winnings and close the Account.

8.4 Promotional Materials

Illustrative bonus amounts and PKR figures shown in marketing materials (e.g., "up to PKR 25,000") represent potential maximum values and are contingent on minimum deposit and other eligibility requirements. These figures do not represent guaranteed returns.

All bets placed through the ms999 sports betting platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market and event. These rules are available within the relevant section of the platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9.1 Acceptance of Bets

A bet is not accepted until a confirmation reference is generated and displayed to the User. ms999 reserves the right to decline, limit or void any bet at its discretion, including in circumstances involving technical errors, erroneous odds, market suspension or regulatory requirements.

9.2 Erroneous Odds

Where odds are published in error — whether due to a technical fault, human error or data feed failure — ms999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This applies regardless of whether the bet was accepted and whether settlement has already occurred.

9.3 Market Settlement

Sports markets will be settled in accordance with the official result declared by the governing body of the relevant competition. In the event of disputed results, ms999 may delay settlement pending confirmation from the governing body.

9.4 Live Betting

In-play (live) betting is subject to delays in market suspension and acceptance. ms999 does not guarantee that live odds accurately reflect real-time match conditions. Users are responsible for verifying the current state of play before placing in-play wagers.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your Account, forfeiture of any balance, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registration of more than one Account, whether in your own name or under any alias
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading registration information
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform
• Exploitation of software bugs, technical errors or system vulnerabilities
• Collusion with other Users to manipulate game or betting outcomes
• Deliberate systematic exploitation of bonus offers or promotions in a manner inconsistent with legitimate recreational play
• Depositing funds originating from criminal activity or using ms999 as a mechanism for money laundering
• Accessing the Services on behalf of a third party without prior written authorisation from ms999
• Any conduct that ms999 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform, other Users or the operator

11.1 Available Controls

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly or monthly limits on the total value of funds you may deposit
• Loss Limits: Limits on the net loss you may incur within a specified period
• Session Time Limits: Reminders and enforced breaks based on continuous session duration
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary restriction on Account access for a defined period
• Self-Exclusion: A longer-term or permanent restriction on Account access, available on request

11.2 Operator Intervention

ms999 reserves the right to impose account limits, require responsible gambling assessments or suspend accounts where indicators of problem gambling are identified, regardless of whether the User has requested such action.

All content on the ms999 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, game content, odds data, visual design elements and user interface components — is the property of ms999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes consistent with these Terms. You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of ms999.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ms999 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services
• Losses arising from technical failures, system outages, connectivity disruption or force majeure events beyond ms999's reasonable control
• Financial losses resulting from gambling outcomes, whether in connection with sports betting, casino games or any other product offered on the platform
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms or with applicable law
• Any legal consequences arising from your access to the Services from a jurisdiction where gambling is restricted or prohibited

ms999's aggregate liability to you under these Terms shall, in all circumstances, be limited to the balance of real-money funds standing to the credit of your Account at the time the cause of action arose.

14.1 Closure by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting ms999 support via Live Chat or the Help Centre. Closure requests will be processed subject to the resolution of any pending bets, outstanding bonus conditions and completion of any required KYC procedures. Any real-money balance standing to your credit at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method.

14.2 Suspension or Closure by ms999

ms999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where: (i) a breach of these Terms is identified or reasonably suspected; (ii) fraudulent, abusive or prohibited conduct is detected; (iii) AML or KYC requirements are not satisfied; (iv) an Account is inactive for an extended period; or (v) closure is required to comply with applicable law or regulatory direction.

14.3 Consequences of Closure for Cause

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds, pending bonus winnings or winnings obtained through prohibited conduct may be forfeited in full. Real-money deposit funds may be returned at ms999's discretion following investigation, subject to any applicable AML holds.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ms999 is incorporated and holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

ms999 does not represent that these Terms or the Services comply with the laws of Pakistan or any other jurisdiction in which you access the platform. You are solely responsible for assessing and complying with the legal requirements applicable in your location.

ms999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, ms999 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via email or via a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Services following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the Services and close your Account before the amended Terms take effect.

The version of these Terms bearing the effective date shown at the top of this document is the version currently in force. Previous versions may be archived but are superseded by the current version in all respects.
